Tagboard Acquires Capture

Capture has agreed to be acquired by Tagboard, both companies announced on October 19th.

Tagboard provides an easy way to discover social media and quickly share it with your audience. Capture is a social network agnostic platform that gave news companies the tools to quickly find, license and publish photos and videos shared on Twitter and Instagram.

Jordan Osher, the CEO & Co-Founder of Capture, comments on the acquisition: “By acquiring Capture, Tagboard isn’t just going to gain a new office location and social content licensing capabilities. Most importantly, we’re putting together an incredible team with the best in development, sales, strategy, and design. Tagboard is going to be the ultimate social content company for businesses not just because of our product, but because of our people.”

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have the Capture team join ours,” comments Joshua Decker, the CEO & Founder of Tagboard. “And we’re even more excited to begin integrating our two platforms in order to bring more value to our customers and communities.”
