Red Roof Selects Epsilon For Its Email Marketing

Epsilon, an all en-compassing marketing company, has announced on October 6th that it signed a multi-year agreement with Red Roof - one of the largest economy hotel chains in the US.
Epsilon will leverage its Agility Harmony next generation digital messaging platform, to deploy targeted email campaigns to existing and potential customers. Using Red Roof’s existing customer database Epsilon will develop and implement an audience segmentation strategy, identifying customers based on variables such as geolocation, demographics, likeliness to book, and travel history. Customers will receive permission-based, personalized email communications with relevant promotional offers, developed based on their preferences and behaviors.
