dunnhumby Entrenches with Office Depot Client

dunnhumby has announced that Office Depot, Inc., through its Office Depot and OfficeMax brands, has agreed to extend its partnership with the company by further utilising dunnhumby's "ability to deliver relevant experiences for omnichannel shoppers — from individuals to businesses […] to expand its customer science work."
According to the dunnhumby press release, the companies have worked together for the past year and Andy Hill, Managing Director North America at dunnhumby commented: "dunnhumby’s customer science has helped build loyalty and improve shopping experiences, and we’re excited to expand our collaboration with them to omnichannel shopping.”
Ron Lalla, Executive Vice President of Merchandising at Office Depot, Inc, added: "We are committed to helping our customers by providing the best experience possible, and dunnhumby’s services have assisted us in delivering the most value for them. We are looking forward to our continued partnership with dunnhumby, and their ability to leverage data-driven customer science in our Office Depot and OfficeMax retail stores and online."
