HubSpot Claims Leader Spot in Usability
- by Radu Cotarcea
HubSpot was “thrilled" on October 25 to announce that it was named the leader in usability by the marketing automation report from Nucleus Research.
According to the company, the report compares the four marketing automation vendors that would fall into the Leaders Quadrant of their Value Matrix: HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, and Eloqua. It found that HubSpot offered "the best all-round solution for SMBs, particularly in the areas of usability and ROI."
To determine where each vendor falls within the quadrant, Nucleus compared the core features and differentiators of each product, as well as key trends in the market, such as potential for delivering higher ROI, implications for micro-marketing, and improving lead quality.
Moira Smalley, Research Analyst at Nucleus Research, explained: "After looking at top vendors in the marketing automation space, Nucleus found HubSpot to be the leader in usability. We see it as the best all-around solution for small to medium sized businesses looking for a highly intuitive, easy to implement, easy to learn solution – delivered by a vendor who continues to pave the way in terms of thought leadership in the marketing space."
Christopher O’Donnell, VP of Product at HubSpot, commented: "At HubSpot, we strive to create marketing and sales software that is not only easy to use, but that also provides our customers with the tools they need to grow their businesses. It’s great validation for us to be recognized for that commitment by the folks at Nucleus Research."
